he smart card/Player’s Pass is for Identity of the Garba participant. It cannot be sold or transferred to any other individual. If caught doing so, the pass will be confiscated and the participant will be barred from the ground permanently & no refund will be given.
In case of loss of the smart card, kindly inform VVN volunteer / organizing team immediately. Duplicate smart card may be issued by paying Rs.500 (Incl. GST 18%) by producing hard copy & ID proof & previous receipt. This will be non-refundable.
The Garba Event will take place daily from 3rd October 2024 to 11th October 2024 with timings from 8 PM to 12 midnight or as per prevailing government Norms.
Yes, Parking is available at near vicinity of Garba Venue.
Children aged 12 years and below are not allowed in the player arena.
Yes, re-entry is allowed maximum of 3 times. For more than 3 times with special permission can be permissible.
Yes, Passes delivery is available Pan-India.
Yes, Player Pass / Viewer’s Pass is required to enter the venue premises. Entry without Valid RFID Player Pass is not permitted.
Yes all Daily Player and Viewer passes available at Venue Box Office.
